This $25.4 million project was approximately 2 miles long and consisted of vertical and/or horizontal realignments of SR 31. Work consisted of excavation and placement of fill for a signalized continuous "T" intersection near the PA Turnpike Interchange Donegal Exit. Reconstruction of the SR31 intersections with both SR 711 and SR 381, widening and reconstruction throughout the length of the project, and multiple bioretention basins to assist in controling stormwater runoff.
